Another Blog that I subscribe to is a bowmakers blog called Bows for A Princess. I really don't comment I just read the daily digest. Maybe starting my own blog will help me come out of my shell and start leaving comments. I am finally making a "big" online move and I am switching my online site to etsy. You can check me out at
sugrnspicea@etsy.com. It is a site dedicated to people who sell handmade items and it's great. Ebay was not really working for me. I had a whopping total of $36 in sales- and spent much more just to start and maintain my store. I really just need an online outlet for my customers to get an idea of the products that I offer. With this in mind I need to keep my costs low since I am not pulling in much revenue. Etsy seems like a good option before I consider a more permanent website. I will admit- all of this seems like a lot of work. I personally like the actual crafting side of this hobby much....MUCH better than the business side. However after doing the taxes for last year I realize I have way too much invested not to make this a viable business. So here I go- shamelessly trying to cross-market my business. If you are a fellow blogger and would like some free giveaways let me know. I could use the help!!
