An adorable friend of mine Dee Dee was looking for some mini OTT's for her dear daughter to wear on St. Patty's Day. Based on a couple designs I have in a larger version that she liked, I created these. My camera is kinda acting up so the pictures are not the best. But I had fun none the less.
